Person size
try avoiding a picture where the person is a small detail in the photograph.
It would be best to select a picture where the person is the main focus, and not a “background detail”
Size and glare
Try to aim for a picture size of around 1 Mb and avoid glare.
Aime for size of one MB, so we have more pixels to work with.
It would also be best to avoid unnecessary amounts of picture glare
